All medication information is sourced from the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) database and official regulatory documents.

4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. All content, including text, graphics, images, and information available through the Service is for general informational purposes only.
4.2 Professional Consultation Required

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Free Trial
- New users may be offered a free trial period (typically 14 days)
- No charges during the trial period
- You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge
- After the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel
5.2 Subscription Pricing
- Monthly Subscription: £9.99 per month
- Prices include applicable VAT
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
5.3 Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You will be charged via your Apple ID account
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
5.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period
5.5 Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly. We do not process refunds directly.
6. USER OBLIGATIONS
6.1 Account Security
- Keep your Apple ID credentials secure
- Do not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
6.2 Prohibited Uses
You must NOT:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the Service to harm others

- Reverse engineer or decompile the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7.4 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks without permission
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

12. TERMINATION
12.1 By You
You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Prolonged inactivity
- Risk to other users or the Service
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- You remain liable for all charges incurred
- Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect
13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
